Privacy Policy

Last updated October 6, 2026

The short version

This Privacy Policy explains how Camron McClain, doing business as Camron McClain Local Websites ("I," "me"), collects and uses information through camronmcclain.com and my services.

1. What I collect

I don't knowingly collect sensitive information like health, financial account, or government ID numbers, and you shouldn't send them to me.

2. How I use it

I won't send you marketing texts. If you give me your mobile number, I'll only text you about your service or request. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

3. Who I share it with

I don't sell your data, rent it, or share it for targeted advertising. I share it only with the service providers I use to do the work, and only what they need:

ProviderWhat for
StripePayments, receipts, and the billing portal
Google (Gmail, Business Profile)Email and your Google profile
TallyMy setup, changes, and feedback forms, including photos you upload
CloudflareWebsite hosting, security, email forwarding, and cookie-free visit counts
Google FontsLoading the fonts on this site (your browser contacts Google to get them)

I also use AI tools to help draft content. I don't put your payment details into them. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

I may share information if the law requires it, or to protect my rights or someone's safety.

4. Client websites I build

When I build and manage a website for your business, the visitors to that site are your customers. Each client site has its own privacy policy naming your business. I handle that visitor information (like quote requests) only to run the site for you, and I don't use it for anything else.

5. Showing my past work

I show websites I've built as examples of my work, on my site and in emails to possible clients. That can include screenshots, the business name, and a link to the live site. It never includes private information, like your billing details, form answers, or messages from your customers.

6. How long I keep it

I keep information only as long as I need it to work with you, and billing records for up to 7 years for taxes. You can ask me to delete your information sooner, unless the law requires me to keep it.

7. Security

I use trusted, secure providers and protect the accounts that hold your information. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your information, I'll tell you as the law requires.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including Texas), you may have more rights under state privacy laws. Email me and I'll respond within 45 days. I won't treat you differently for using your rights. If I deny a request, you can appeal by replying to my answer.

9. Children

My services are for businesses. I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update the date above. For significant changes, I'll email active clients.
